A break for Skywatch

A short interruption of our holiday posts to fit in some sky watching.

We've been seeing a lot of these clouds over the last few days but, in the main, they've passed us by. Head over to Skywatch Friday to see many more skies.

Marvelous photo. I find it difficult to photograph clouds like this. Nicely done. I've seen far too many of these things of late...

Do I recognise that skyline as being towards Dava? That southerly view is just made for showing off clouds like this.

Great clouds, yes we have had pretty dramatic weather this week-very stormy.

When I was a child I always wanted to be able to frolic in those clouds. I still have that feeling when I look at these.

Enlarging this really emphasises how those enormous clouds drawf the landscape! Good shot!

Very beautiful sky. This shot reminds me of the American midwest, open land, big sky country. Nice!

Yep, we had similar clouds... but yours are bigger. Then again, you also have a bigger, flatter, horizon.

This looks a bit like the area west of the Rockies here in Montana that I experienced last week. Your photo is wonderful big sky land.

I love big fluffy clouds (that IS the scientific name for them, right?)

(Hah! The word verification just answered me - sort of. Balloc.)
