A Moray Firth sunset

The sun was going down as I was driving home from work yesterday evening and this was the view along Lossiemouth West Beach to Covesea Lighthouse.

Check out Skywatch Friday and broaden your horizons.

Gorgeous sunset, magnificent capture! It's always such a joy to look up and see skies like this! It's one of the joys of living where I do!

Have a lovely weekend -- hopefully with more sunsets like this one!

I know I have never seen a more lovely sky.

Every time I see your dogs, I smile. The vizla does think he's a butterfly doesn't he?

I haven't spent much time near the ocean, but it is apparent those are the most powerful sunsets in the world. Your photo leaves me with such a good feeling.

Beautiful love the lighthouse.

Wonderful capture. The colors are enough, but the clouds, the water, the sand... that's more than enough. But the silhouette/point-of-view is fantastic.

How beautiful. It'll be October before I'm back, so meantime I'll have to just gaze at your Moray Firth sunsets.
